Louis Buonaiuto is someone who works hard, and thinks big. He got his start in the business world at the age of 17, working as a junior apprentice in maintenance for Dominick’s Finer Foods. He worked his way up the ladder at Dominick’s, eventually managing procurement and construction for the food giant. His experience in the grocery industry led him to Indianapolis in 2002, where he served as Director of Construction and Procurement for the Marsh grocery chain. Prior to establishing Impact Construction Management, Louis gained experience in marketing and sales at JE Mechanical a MEP/Refrigeration company. Louis’ wide ranging business management experience gives our clients a unique advantage. As he says, “I’ve been in their shoes, so I know what they’re looking for.”
