Your project has been successfully completed, but is it 100% ready for business? With ICM, you can trust that the answer will always be “yes,” thanks to our thorough post-construction management process highlighted by our White Glove Treatment.
We understand that time is money. That’s why we’ve made our White Glove Treatment a standard part of every new construction management and general contracting project that we take on. It means that when we hand over the keys on completion day #1, you’ll be ready to go. There will be no mess to clean up. No systems to test. And no hassles to deal with.
The process begins far in advance of that day, with our team developing a detailed list of closeout activities and preparing a complete set of Project Record Documents. ICM maintains and records all revisions to the documents as construction progresses. These documents become part of the record of work performed and are submitted as part of the close out documents. Documents may include:
– Drawings
– Specifications
– Addenda
– Modifications (including Change Orders, Construction Change Directives, and Other Changes in Work)
– Approved Shop Drawings
– Product Data and Samples
– Manufacturer’s Instruction for Assembly, Installation and Adjusting
– Requests for Information
We also incorporate the list of closeout activities into the master schedule to ensure that every item will be addressed in a timely manner. This is where our White Glove Treatment really comes into play. Before we turn the keys over to you, we make sure that every detail is taken care of, including balancing the mechanical systems, testing the lighting and alarm systems, and making sure that the entire place is spotless. With ICM on the job, you can be sure that your building will be ready to go – and ready to start making you money – on completion day 1.
