CARite is a nationwide network of car dealers and when they moved to Indianapolis they found ICM. CARite purchased and existing abandoned car lot with 21,000 sq. ft. building including, show room, sales, finance office, mechanic shop with lifts and a complete body shop with professional heated spray booth.
Besides cosmetic updates the buildings required several code compliant updates including grease trap installation, lift inspections and repairs, egress improvements, HVAC upgrades, backflow certification, lighting upgrades, Parking lot repairs, interior, exterior painting and ceiling replacement.
