McNamara Florist is recognized as one of the largest and most respected florists
in the United States. Today McNamara operates in a 76,000 square foot design center
and warehouse. In 2016 we moved back into the core of Indianapolis by investing in and
renovating an abandoned industrial complex on the near east side of downtown.
Renovation and remodel of a 100-year-old structure with 100,000 sq. ft. We removed a 23,000 Sq. Ft. section of existing building to make way for a new parking lot. Complete with underground storm drain connecting to city drainage system. Incorporated a custom-built retaining wall. The remaining 5 attached building of the 76,000 Sq. Ft. warehouse include a pass through custom-built showroom with a walk-in cooler for fresh flowers and conference room. Design and Production area in which a reverse osmosis (RO) system was relocated and installed.
