ICM’s history in the construction industry is deep-rooted and it starts at the top. Our two owners, Louis Buonaiuto and Richard Bowlin, offer 47+ years of hands-on construction experience to our clients. While we’ve been able to grow over the years, we’ve maintained involvement from our owners in each project that we work on. This is very rare in our industry and something that allows us to add a personal touch to everything we do.
While our owners are very hands-on with each project we take on, we recognize that construction management is a team sport. That’s why we’ve partnered with the highest level of professionals to work on each aspect of every contracting project we take on. This ensures you get the expertise and experience throughout all phases – from design to completion. We put the right people in the right place to make sure the end result is just how you envisioned.
Our approach to construction management is different. It’s what sets us apart from the rest. And it all begins with our client focus. Our goal is to act as an extension of your business. We’re on the same team from beginning to end throughout the project. This means doing what’s in your best interest every step of the way. We don’t consider ourselves your vendor. We, instead, consider ourselves your partner. That means we come alongside you every step of the way.

We’re big believers in up-front, clear communication with no surprises at the end. We recognize that you have a budget and provide up-front pricing that we stand behind. This means if something is wrong, we make it right. We’re able to do this because we believe in treating everyone fair because it is the right thing to do.
When it comes to safety, there is no compromise. We want the safest conditions possible at all of our job sites and want your building to be in completely safe working order. This is why both of ICM’s owners are OSHA 40 safety certified, and we conduct proven construction safety programs for our employee training. ICM’s focus on safety has resulted in an EMR (Experience Modification Rate) of 0.001 (the industry average is 1.0).
We hand you the keys. You open the doors…next day! This is the simple concept behind our “White Glove” treatment. What this means is that there’s no mess for you to clean up. No A/C or alarm systems to test. It has all been done. The “t’s” have been crossed and the “i’s” dotted. Your building is in ready-to-go condition for you to start making money.
